1. 服务概述
本服务由HYRD Limited(下称“我方”“本公司”)提供,适用于本公司提供的所有课程及相关服务,包括但不限于体验课、试听课、训练营、正价课、直播课程、录播课程、学习社群及其他配套学习服务。
课程内容可能包括但不限于:传统文化知识讲解、国学相关主题的入门与进阶内容、直播教学、录播教学、讲师答疑、案例分享、课程资料以及配套学习社群或其他辅助服务。
各项课程的具体安排、授课形式、访问方式、持续时间、有效期及服务范围,以本公司届时在课程页面、购买页面、报名通知或其他官方发布信息中说明的内容为准。
本公司提供的课程均属于文化教育与学习参考内容,不构成任何形式的学历教育、学位教育或专业资格认证。
2. 用户资格与注册
2.1 用户须年满18岁,或在使用本服务前已获得其法定监护人同意。
2.2 用户须通过本公司指定渠道完成报名、购买或注册,包括但不限于广告落地页、官方网站、线上店铺、付款链接或客服渠道,并提供有效联络方式,以便接收课程信息及服务通知。
2.3 用户须确保其所提供的资料真实、准确、完整且为最新资料,不得冒用他人身份或提供任何误导性信息。
3. 课程使用规则
3.1 用户可依照其已报名或购买的课程安排,参与相应课程及相关服务。课程内容包括但不限于音频、视频、文字、图片、课件、文件及其他资料,其全部知识产权均归本公司或相关权利人所有。用户仅得为个人学习之目的使用相关内容。未经本公司事先书面授权,用户不得对任何课程内容进行录制、复制、下载、修改、翻译、传播、转售、公开展示、发布或作任何商业用途或其他未经授权之使用。
3.2 本公司有权因不可抗力、技术调整、讲师安排、运营需要或其他必要原因,对课程时间、课程内容、讲师、服务安排、访问方式或社群安排作出调整,并将透过用户提供的联络方式尽合理努力通知用户。
3.3 用户在使用课程及相关服务时,应遵守课程秩序、社群规则及适用法律,不得发布违法、诽谤、侮辱、误导、侵权或其他不当内容。
4. 付款、退款与访问权限
4.1 本公司提供的部分课程或服务需要付费。所有费用、收费标准、课程信息及适用的访问期限,将于购买前予以明确说明。付款须通过本公司接受的方式完成,包括但不限于信用卡、PayPal或本公司届时开放的其他支付方式。
4.2 除非适用法律另有规定,或本公司另有明确说明,所有付费课程及服务一经购买,原则上不予退款,原因在于相关课程内容属于数字产品或数字服务,可能于购买后即时开放访问。如用户因技术故障而无法访问已购内容,应于购买后7日内联络客服,本公司将在合理范围内协助解决访问问题。
4.3 用户理解并同意,本服务的访问权限与相关已购课程或服务的有效期、访问期限或服务安排相绑定;于相应有效期或访问期限届满后,相关访问权限可能被暂停、限制或终止。
4.4 体验课、试听课或促销课程可能以免费或优惠价格提供,其具体访问权限及适用条件以本公司届时公布之官方规则为准。
5. 免责声明
5.1 课程内容基于传统文化研究、教育性解读及经验分享,仅供个人兴趣、文化学习与参考之用,并不构成任何医疗、投资、理财、法律、心理或其他专业建议。用户应结合自身情况独立判断,并对其所作出的决定及行为承担全部责任。

7. 服务变更与终止

7.2 如用户违反本条款、干扰课程秩序、侵害本公司或其他用户之权利与利益、滥用服务,或涉嫌违反任何适用法律,本公司有权立即限制、暂停或终止其访问权限,且无须因此向用户承担责任。
8. 适用法律与争议解决
8.1 本服务条款之解释、效力、履行及执行,均以中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律为准据法。
8.2 因本服务条款或使用本服务所引起或与之相关之任何争议,双方应首先以友好协商方式解决;若协商未果,双方同意将争议提交香港国际仲裁中心,并按照其届时有效之仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁地为香港,仲裁语言为中文。

1. Service Overview
These services are provided by HYRD Limited ("we," "us," or the "Company") and cover all courses and related services offered by the Company, including but not limited to trial classes, experience classes, training camps, full-price courses, live-streaming courses, recorded courses, learning communities, and related learning support services.
The course content may include, without limitation: traditional culture knowledge, introductory and advanced explanations of Chinese studies topics, live instruction, recorded instruction, instructor Q&A, case sharing, course materials, and supporting learning communities or other ancillary services.
The specific arrangement, format, access method, duration, validity period, and service scope of each course shall be subject to the course page, purchase page, enrollment notice, or other official information published by the Company from time to time.
The Company's courses are provided as cultural and educational content for learning, interest, and reference purposes only, and do not constitute academic education, degree education, or professional qualification certification.
2. User Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age, or must have obtained consent from a legal guardian before using the services.
2.2 Users must complete registration, purchase, or enrollment through the Company's designated channels (including but not limited to advertisement landing pages, official websites, online stores, payment links, or customer service channels), and provide valid contact information in order to receive course-related information and service notices.
2.3 Users must ensure that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and current, and must not impersonate any other person or provide misleading information.
3. Course Usage Rules
3.1 Users may access and participate in the courses and related services they have registered for or purchased in accordance with the applicable course arrangement. All intellectual property rights in the course content, including but not limited to audio, video, text, images, slides, documents, and other materials, belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders. Users may use such content solely for personal learning purposes. Without the Company's prior written authorization, users may not record, copy, download, modify, translate, distribute, resell, publicly display, publish, disseminate, or otherwise use any course content for commercial purposes or for any unauthorized purpose.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to adjust course schedules, content, instructors, service arrangements, access methods, or community arrangements due to force majeure, technical adjustments, instructor arrangements, operational needs, or other necessary reasons, and will use reasonable efforts to notify users through the contact information provided by them.
3.3 Users shall comply with the course order, community rules, and applicable laws when using the services, and shall not post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
4. Payment, Refunds, and Access Rights
4.1 Some courses or services provided by the Company require payment. All fees, charging standards, course details, and any applicable access period will be clearly indicated before purchase. Payment must be completed using methods accepted by the Company, such as credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods made available by the Company from time to time.
4.2 Unless otherwise required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated by the Company, all paid courses and services are non-refundable once purchased, because the course content is a digital product or digital service that may be made available immediately after purchase. If a user is unable to access purchased content due to a technical failure, the user should contact customer service within 7 days of purchase, and the Company will assist in resolving the access issue within a reasonable scope.
4.3 Users understand and agree that access to the Company's services is tied to the validity period, access period, or service arrangement of the relevant purchased course or service. Upon expiration of such validity period or access period, the relevant access rights may be suspended, restricted, or terminated.
4.4 Trial classes, experience classes, or promotional courses may be provided free of charge or at preferential pricing. The specific access rights and applicable conditions for such courses shall be subject to the official rules announced by the Company.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 The course content is based on traditional culture research, educational interpretation, and experiential sharing, and is provided solely for personal interest, cultural learning, and reference purposes. It does not constitute any medical, investment, financial, legal, psychological, or other professional advice. Users shall make independent judgments based on their own circumstances and shall bear full responsibility for their own decisions and actions.
5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not bear legal liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of relying on the course content, including but not limited to decision-making losses, economic losses, opportunity losses, or other similar losses.
5.3 Any cases, methods, examples, or possible effects mentioned in the courses may vary from person to person. The Company makes no express or implied representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any specific outcome or result.
6. Privacy Protection
6.1 The Company will process users' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law, solely for legitimate purposes such as providing course services, sending study reminders, issuing course notices, handling customer service matters, and improving services.

7. Service Modification and Termination
7.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any part of the services at any time, and will provide notice through website announcements, email, customer service communication, or other reasonable methods where appropriate.
7.2 If a user violates these Terms, disrupts the course order, infringes upon the rights or interests of the Company or other users, abuses the services, or is suspected of violating any applicable law, the Company has the right to immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's access rights without assuming liability to the user.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 The interpretation, validity, performance, and enforcement of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of the services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules then in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese.
